Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have a health professional dedicated to your well-being? Someone to listen to you, hear your health concerns, use their knowledge and expertise to determine what might be standing in the way of you attaining and maintaining your optimal health? Someone to put together an individualized treatment plan just for you? And to help coach, guide, and inspire you in its implementation?

Well, this is exactly what a licensed Naturopathic Doctor can do for you! And we are proud to be the destination spot for Naturopathic Medicine in Regina. We are a clinic located in the heart of the Cathedral Area. In September of 2019, we celebrated our seventh year in our current clinic space, operating as the Cathedral Centre for Wellness at 2146 Robinson Street. We boast having well over 40 years of practice experience between the collective of five Naturopathic Doctors that we have working together under our roof. There is power in numbers and synergy in a collective, and we appreciate being able to draw upon each other’s professional experiences in order to best serve our patients.

For those of you that have heard of us or worked with us, we want to let you know that change is in the air and that the clinic you have come to know and love as the Cathedral Centre for Wellness is undergoing a transformation. Back in the late summer, we chose to honor our seven-year milestone with some much-needed upgrades around the clinic: some fresh paint, new furniture… a whole new physical look to our space.

Now, February 2020, we are reinventing ourselves even further and are excited to announce our new clinic name, Prairie Sky Integrative Health, and beautiful fresh new logo, accompanied by a brand new clinic website, www.prairieskyhealth.ca, the embodiment of our re-brand. We invite you to take some time and explore our new and improved website. There you will find information on Naturopathic Medicine, our clinic, our healthcare team: Naturopathic Doctors Allison Ziegler, Cristina Harabor, Julie Zepp Rutledge, Marika Geis, and Michelle Sthamann; and BodyTalk practitioner David Fernandez. We also have loads of recipes and resources, including articles and past issues of the quarterly clinic newsletter we put together, and information on the classes, workshops, and events that we offer.

Did you know you can also find us on Facebook and Instagram! Feel free to search and follow us!

Despite this change to our name and image, we remain committed to providing the same quality one-on-one patient care, patient and public educational articles, newsletters, workshops, classes, and events, with the same current practitioners, in our space on Robinson Street.

We look forward to meeting you to help you realize your healthcare needs and goals now and long into the future. Please do contact us anytime for information or to set up an appointment: info@prairieskyhealth.ca or call (306) 757-HEAL [4325]. In Health, Prairie Sky Integrative Health, 2A-2146 Robinson St., Regina, SK. Also see the display ad on page 30 of the 25.6 March/April issue of the WHOLifE Journal.
