Sauna in Saskatchewan

We’ve added a new team member to the Back2Nature team!

Luna is a mobile wood-burning barrel sauna that is 12 feet in length and 7 feet in diameter which means that she can fit six people comfortably and 8 people cozily! She has a three-foot change room in the front for you to undress to shelter you from the elements. With every experience we offer a cozy outdoor feeling with rugs, chairs, propane fire bowl, lemon water, blankets, sauna hats, and luxury outdoor robes!

We guide you through the Nordic Cycle of Hot-Cold-Rest-Repeat to maximize the health benefits of cleansing your body and mind with sauna. We recommend that you heat up in the sauna for 10 to 20 minutes, or as long as you feel comfortable. Once you’ve got a good sweat on, we recommend that you cool yourself off by rolling in the snow, plunging in a nearby lake (seasonal), or rinsing off with our outdoor shower. Then you rest, you put on a luxury outdoor robe, sit back and relax in our chairs, reflect, journal, or connect with others on the experience. After you’ve cooled off enough, you repeat the process again!

This experience is meant for you to slow down and relax, to decompress from your day, your week, or your month. To take this time for you to connect more deeply with yourself.

We have several different sauna experiences for you to cleanse your mind and body, including a Monthly Full Moon Sauna, Embodiment Breathwork Sauna, Community and Morning Sauna, Private Group or Date Sauna, and a Ski, Snowshoe, and Sauna.

Our newest sauna experience, a Ski, Snowshoe, and Sauna Package, is for you to Adventure, Explore, and Connect for some winter fun! This Nordic Winter Experience in Saskatchewan is the perfect mix of adventure and wellness! We’ve teamed up with Escape Sports in Saskatoon and SaskParks to bring you this adventure that includes an optional shuttle to Pike Lake Provincial Park, a ski or snowshoe rental, a guided ski/snowshoe tour, and relaxing in our wood-burning barrel sauna! This experience is a half day in length with several dates in January and February!

If you’re looking for a longer wellness adventure, we’ve teamed up with Elk Ridge Resort and SaskParks to bring you a three-day Inner Journey in the Outdoors in March! The Nordic Winter Experience at Elk Ridge Resort includes a shuttle from Saskatoon to Elk Ridge Resort, a Guided Ski/Snowshoe Tour at Anglin Lake and Elk Ridge Resort, a Sauna Experience at Elk Ridge Resort, and relaxing and enjoying the amenities and services at the Resort!
