We do this by knowing our true power and by wielding it wisely. I am going to suggest as something to try on, that it is accomplished by personally committing to the path of peace as the true North Star by which we navigate our lives.

Your Inner Light
by Michael Stodola

Have you been taken over by a mind virus, or is your inner light shining? Many are unconscious of their power to shine. Many let other intentions occupy their mind space, and this is compounded as they immerse themselves in technologies such as the internet, videos, cell phones, and news programs. Quinoa – A Super Food for Your Dog
by Dr. Janice Elenbaas

Quinoa has a history dating back to the Incas, over 5,000 years ago. Like many “ancient grains,” it disappeared in 1532 with the arrival of the Spanish. The Inca culture was destroyed and quinoa fields were burned. Only small amounts survived in the mountains of Peru. In the 1970s, a renewed interest in this super food began. This plant is unique. It is also gluten free and chock full of nutrients that are good for all of us, including our dogs!
